Assoonasthemealwasoverthechildrendisappeared,andtheireldersgatheredroundthepeatfire,whichalsoburntsuchmiscellaneousfuelasbriars,cow-dung,andfishbones.Afterthislittlepinchofwarmththedifferentgroupsretiredtotheirrespectiverooms.
