           “WhyshouldInotpassoverthem?”saidhe,androdestraighton.

           Thenheunlockedthegates,andfoundwithinamultitudeofpeople,whocriedout,“Sirknight,yebewelcome,forlonghavewewaitedthydeliverance,”andtoldhimthatthesevenfelonshehadslainhadlongenslavedthepeopleroundabout,andkilledallknightswhopassedthatway,becausethemaidenwhomtheyhadrobbedofthecastlehadforetoldthatbyoneknighttheyshouldthemselvesbeoverthrown.

           “Whereisthemaiden?”askedSirGalahad.
