           Bythelisteneralimitationoffertilityinasmuchasmarriagehadbeencelebrated1calendarmonthafterthe18thanniversaryofherbirth(8September1870),viz.8October,andconsummatedonthesamedatewithfemaleissueborn15June1889,havingbeenanticipatorilyconsummatedonthe10Septemberofthesameyearandcompletecarnalintercourse,withejaculationofsemenwithinthenaturalfemaleorgan,havinglasttakenplace5weeksprevious,viz.27November1893,tothebirthon29December1893ofsecond(andonlymale)issue,deceased9January1894,aged11days,thereremainedaperiodof10years,5monthsand18daysduringwhichcarnalintercoursehadbeenincomplete,withoutejaculationofsemenwithinthenaturalfemaleorgan.Bythenarratoralimitationofactivity,mentalandcorporal,inasmuchascompletementalintercoursebetweenhimselfandthelistenerhadnottakenplacesincetheconsummationofpuberty,indicatedbycatamenichemorrhage,ofthefemaleissueofnarratorandlistener,15September1903,thereremainedaperiodof9monthsand1dayduringwhich,inconsequenceofapreestablishednaturalcomprehensioninincomprehensionbetweentheconsummatedfemales(listenerandissue),completecorporallibertyofactionhadbeencircumscribed.
