           “Icanholdit,”saidEustacia;andheplacedtheropeinherhands,goingthentosearchfortheend.

           “IsupposeImayletitslipdown?”sheinquired.

           “Iwouldadviseyounottoletitgofar,”saidClym.“Itwillgetmuchheavier,youwillfind.”
