           “Itistrueinmanypoints,”saidMrs.Yeobrightquietly;“butitisallrightnow,Ihope.”Shelookedattheclock.

           “True?”

           “Thomasinisgonetohimtoday.”

           Clympushedawayhisbreakfast.
