Freckleshesitated.
“Freckles!”imploringlycommandedtheAngel,“YOUDOSAYIT!”
“Yis,”gaspedFreckles.
TheAngelsprangtoherfeet.
“Thenthat’sallright,”shesaid,withatingeofherold-timebriskness.“Youjustkeepbreathingawaylikeasteamengine,andIwilldoalltheremainder.”
Theeagermengatheredaroundher.
