           “Th’airfromth’moorhasdonetheegoodalready,”shehadsaid.“Tha’rtnotnighsoyellerandtha’rtnotnighsoscrawny.Eventha’hairdoesn’tslampdownontha’headsoflat.It’sgotsomelifeinitsoasitsticksoutabit.”

           IfgardensandfreshairhadbeengoodforherperhapstheywouldbegoodforColin.Butthen,ifhehatedpeopletolookathim,perhapshewouldnotliketoseeDickon.
