           Itwasacavityhollowedinthewall,notfarfromtheroyalcell,whichHercules’slaborhaddestroyed,alongwiththecellsdestinedfortheyounglarvae.

           Inthisstore-roomCousinBenedictcollectedacertainquantityofparticlesofgumandthejuicesofplants,scarcelysolidified,whichprovedthatthetermiteshadlatelybroughtthemfromwithout.
