           Nowandagainsomeancientpatriarchofthewoods,rentbyaflashingbolt,wouldcrashinathousandpiecesamongthesurroundingtrees,carryingdownnumberlessbranchesandmanysmallerneighborstoaddtothetangledconfusionofthetropicaljungle.

           Branches,greatandsmall,tornawaybytheferocityofthetornado,hurtledthroughthewildlywavingverdure,carryingdeathanddestructiontocountlessunhappydenizensofthethicklypeopledworldbelow.

           Forhoursthefuryofthestormcontinuedwithoutsurcease,andstillthetribehuddledcloseinshiveringfear.Inconstantdangerfromfallingtrunksandbranchesandparalyzedbythevividflashingoflightningandthebellowingofthundertheycrouchedinpitifulmiseryuntilthestormpassed.

           Theendwasassuddenasthebeginning.Thewindceased,thesunshoneforthnaturesmiledoncemore.

           Thedrippingleavesandbranches,andthemoistpetalsofgorgeousflowersglistenedinthesplendorofthereturningday.And,soasNatureforgot,herchildrenforgotalso.Busylifewentonasithadbeenbeforethedarknessandthefright.

           ButtoTarzanadawninglighthadcometoexplainthemysteryofCLOTHES.HowsnughewouldhavebeenbeneaththeheavycoatofSabor!Andsowasaddedafurtherincentivetotheadventure.
